Your Nurse Practitioner

Board-Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

I am a Caribbean-born, New York City-raised Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people get back to being the best version of themselves. I know firsthand how much culture, community, and lived experience shape our mental health, and I bring that understanding into every appointment.

I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as 5 all the way through adulthood. Whether you are struggling with inattentiveness, procrastination, mood swings, sadness, or worry, or your child is having a hard time managing anger, I am here to help you find a path forward.

As a fully licensed Nurse Practitioner, I have full independent practice authority, meaning I can evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe medication without the need for a collaborating physician.

Who I Help

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone

I work with individuals of all ages who are ready to take that first step toward feeling better.

Children (Ages 5 and Up)

Kids who struggle with anger, focus, or behavior challenges benefit from early support. I work closely with families to find the right path forward.

Adolescents

Teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the pressures of growing up deserve a safe, judgment-free space to be heard.

Adults

Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, I help adults reclaim their sense of balance and joy.

Inattentiveness and ADHD

Struggling to focus, stay organized, or stop procrastinating? You are not lazy. You may just need the right support.

Mood and Emotional Health

Mood swings, sadness, irritability, or feeling on edge are real, treatable conditions. You deserve relief.

Women and Minorities

I am passionate about serving women and minority communities who are often underserved in mental health care.
